Meet Our Team

Michael Farfan
Former MLS All-Star
Michael Farfan is a former professional soccer player who has experienced the game at every level of the U.S. soccer system—from recreational and elite club soccer to Youth National Teams, NCAA Division I, and the professional ranks.
He played collegiate soccer at the highest level before embarking on a professional career that included time in Major League Soccer with Philadelphia Union, DC United, and Seattle Sounders, as well as in Liga MX with Cruz Azul.
Over the course of his career, Michael competed against some of the best teams in world football, including Real Madrid—a match in which he scored—and Chelsea.
He has faced many of the greatest players of his generation, including Cristiano Ronaldo, Mesut Özil, Marcelo, Kaká, Robbie Keane, Kevin De Bruyne, Frank Lampard, Fernando Torres, and Eden Hazard.
He has also shared the field with global icons of the game, including David Beckham, Thierry Henry, Landon Donovan, and Andrea Pirlo.
Michael’s career includes being named an MLS All-Star, winning an MLS Cup, and capturing the CONCACAF Champions League—achievements that reflect both individual excellence and success at the highest team level.
Today, Michael brings a full-spectrum perspective to the game—combining elite playing experience, firsthand exposure to world-class standards, and a deep understanding of player development across youth, collegiate, and professional pathways.

Stephen Mccarthy
Former MLS Player
Stephen McCarthy is a former professional soccer player who has experienced the game across multiple tiers of the U.S. and international soccer systems—from elite youth club soccer and Youth National Teams to NCAA Division I and the professional ranks.
He played collegiate soccer at the highest level for Santa Clara University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before embarking on a professional career that included time in Major League Soccer with the New England Revolution, in Europe's top flight with Finland's KuPS, and in the USL Championship with San Antonio FC.
Over the course of his career, starting from his youth days winning the prestigious Dallas Cup Super Group with the renowned Dallas Texans 88', Stephen has competed in tournaments featuring some of the best teams in world football, including Manchester United and Real Madrid. He has faced many of the greatest players of his generation, testing himself defensively against legends like Wayne Rooney, Ryan Giggs, Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidić, Michael Owen, Dimitar Berbatov, Nani, and Ji-Sung Park. He has also shared the field with global icons of the game, including Thierry Henry, David Beckham, Ashley Young, and Didier Drogba.
Stephen’s career includes being named the New England Revolution’s Defender of the Year, winning three youth National Championships, and establishing himself as one of San Antonio FC's all-time leaders in appearances and minutes played—achievements that reflect his consistency, leadership, and success at both the individual and team levels. Today, Stephen brings a full-spectrum perspective to the game—combining his elite playing experience, firsthand exposure to international standards, and a deep, lifelong commitment to player development across the youth, collegiate, and professional pathways.
